I could not remember the gentleman's name that helped us, but he carefully checked our phone to make sure it really needed a battery. He said he did not want us to spend the money if it was not needed. Test came back that it did need a replacement and service was completed quickly. This gentleman was friendly and engaging. Felt very at ease with him and extremely confident in his work. He took the time to make sure we checked the phone after the repair was completed.
