"Gil is a very nice guy who does the job, and explained to me what needed to be done. My issue was that during the pump the tank imploded, which I’m sure was a stressful situation for him, but he left a large mess for me to clean up - rusted steel dust and chunks all over my driveway and lawn, as well as oil spills all over the asphalt. The mess was not tended to following the original appointment nor the one that followed the day after when he returned with a new truck, and I have been left trying to get the oil off, which has proven to be difficult. Had it not been for the mess following the tanker malfunction, my rating would be higher."
