"I go to this location because it's close, not because I prefer it. I order the same drink almost every time, and there's like a 50% chance it's made wrong. I've legitimately ordered the same exact drink 2 days in a row and gotten 2 completely different drinks. I order through the app so that the order is written out for them and there's no verbal misunderstanding, so I don't see a reason for this. The location is also dirty most days. I always see them sweeping and mopping the floor, but the tables, chairs, and stools often have coffee stains on them (and I see the same stain for days in a row). I can honestly say that I've had great food and drinks from this Dunkin', but only about 50% of the time..."
