Clean Care of New England

"Sewer department called clean care when sewer backed up into house. They were great at getting to the house and doing the clean up. They had to cut my carpet out due to damage and was told they would be back to replace the carpet once we picked a new carpet from them. Within the week we selected a new carpet. From June to August we heard nothing from clean care, we called the rep and he told us he would have someone out the following week. Nobody came. It’s now November and they finally came back to install the carpet. This was only after I reached out daily to find out when they would be back. I was lied to multiple times about when they would be back to finish the job. All of the employees that have been in my house were very polite and professional but the management and scheduling team at clean care is horrible and made this a terrible experience. Would not recommend clean care to anyone"

"Horrible experience! Clean care was recommended by the insurance company to restore our basement after it was flooded in November. Initially they seemed to be in line with what we wanted but after that it’s not been a good experience. Our contractor did not respond to our any of our requests. We requested quotes multiple times and there was no response. Permits were not pulled even after insisting that they be pulled. Quality of work even with demolition was not good. There was no progress after 3 months. Wouldn’t recommend them for any type of restoration work. They’re unreliable, unresponsive and do not do good work."
