I have had multiple instances over the years where my shirts come back and the buttons are melted or broken told then I used them in the past and this happened and they assured me it doesn’t happen anymore and recently picked up a load and some of my shirts had the same melted buttons as before. Stay away if you have expensive shirts that you want to have a long life with"

"This is the place to go when you need something dry cleaned. No waiting days for you clothing. Brought my son's suit here at about 3pm he needed it for the next morning. They provided a time of 1pm asked if it was possible to have it ready by 10am they were able to get it done by 10am. Great place"

"I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this establishment. First of all you get your clothes back and they do not even look like they have been dry cleaned and pressed. You will get your clothes back wrinkled and full of lint. I also received one of my shirts back and it was completely discolored and a broken button. I brought the shirt back along with my receipt and I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to come in to determine what would be done about the situation. I came in the following day to see what could be done. He grabbed my shirt and said they would fix the shirt in an extremely rude manner. I could tell he could not be bothered with the situation.. I was given my receipt back. When I came back a few days later the discoloration was gone however the button was still crushed. When I brought that to the managers attention he huffed and puffed and said they would fix it. I came back today and apparently because the manager did not print out the receipt correctly (Whatever that means) I could not receive my shirt because they "Did not know whether they should charge me for the button or not." So it has been over a two weeks total and I still do not have my shirt and all of the other clothes I brought looked like garbage from the moment I picked them up. Save your money and go somewhere that has professional cleaners and actual customer services."
