"The stylist took 6hrs to do my hair and this is what was produced. I was rushing due to me planning for it to take 4hrs which is what she told me. I tipped her $40 so I paid $220 in total. When I got to take a good look at my hair later that evening, I saw what a mess it looked like. I asked for my locs to be the size of Chloe Baileys which the stylist told me she knew who that was. They came out nothing of how I expected. When I texted her to see if she could give me half of my money back (not even the whole amount which would have been valid considering), she told me she does not do refunds because of her “policies” but she had no booking site, or any policies out for me to see nor did she send me any policies. She did offer to redo my hair but with what was produced and the time that took, I knew I couldn’t sit there all day for her to do them the size I actually wanted which was 1/4 th of the size of what she did that took 4hrs. I asked her if I could use the amount as a credit In the future in which she decided to stop responding. The service while I was there was good but the customer service after the fact and the quality of work was absolutely horrible. If I didn’t pay cash, I would be contacting my bank. I do not recommend."
