UGG King of Prussia

"Went there this weekend to purchase shoes, staff wasn't interested in helping me or anyone. Stood there waiting for the sales associate to make eye contact, since he was more interested in staring at the girls walking around the store, even though I was less than 2 feet directly in front of him. I ended up just buying the shoes from Nordstroms."

"WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I could not have put on more of a friendly face to walk in with my return. They two girls did greet me, however they had ZERO willingness to work. VERY unprofessional, especially for a “high end” store! Do better UGG, people are spending a lot of money."

"This store has such horrible customer service. I walked by earlier on the end of my 15 minute break and saw that they were pretty empty. I decided to call so I can make it back to work on time, they did not pick up. Strange cause there’s 2-3 people and nothing going on from my eyes. But anyways, I went back to the store when I had more time and they were just so rude. The girl had airpods on and didn’t care to turn it down when I was talking to her, she asked “huh” like three times. She went to the back to look for my stuff and about 3 groups of people came in during. We all heard the conversations from staff in the back asking if anyone was upfront (and there wasn’t). As another person in customer service I could tell everyone came in with something particular in mind, all of our hands were full and we were just waiting and listening to unprofessional backstock room talk. She came out with an attitude told me she didn’t have them, my right mind tells me she didn’t even look, and no recommendations were made. So disappointing especially when 8 other stores in the mall sell uggs. Definitely went elsewhere. They need a whole new team because there was nobody there to help and the one girl who helped me was unfortunately mediocre."
