"What a fantastic dealership. We were on the road from Connecticut back to Minnesota right after Christmas. As we drove up the long hill to Monticello our truck lost most of its power and warning lights came on. As it turned out the REA Ford Dealer was at the next exit. We took it in and Gino said he would look at it. 30 minutes later he came out and said that he had recalibrated the computer and we are set to continue our journey. We asked how much the bill would be. Gino said nothing!!! Needless to say we were shocked. At Christmas time this was such welcome news. We could tell that this was a family owned business who took great care of their customers as if they are family. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Gino you proved that there are still wondeful people in the world. Happy New Year and God bless you and your family."
