"Security guards are always professional and kind. The store associates followed us around the entire time in the store because I had a big pocket book as if we were going to steal. I spend way too much money in this establishment monthly to be treated like a thief. A bunch of children work here and no real adult employees are ever in sight. You’re not greeted by store associates when you enter, or leave the premises. After today’s encounter we won’t be returning. I rather travel to the counties where the customer service is 5 stars."

"Easy no hassle self checkout and a surprisingly good half price clearance section although regular headphones seemed to be marked up to $10 for a $5 mark down. No thanks. Glad I didn't need another pair."
