"Defiant Design focuses on your individual hair journey, Rachel really knows how to give you the beautiful healthy hair of your dreams. I relocated to the providence area from Boston where I was paying top dollar for mediocre results. The worst part is, I thought I was getting the best service, boy was I wrong! I was just paying for a fancy salon name that was just focused on getting me in and out. I came to Rachel as a reference from my lash artist and from the very beginning of my consultation to the installation and end results of my extension process, I was completely blown away. She educated me on hair and why I was having issues with my previous extensions. At defiant design, you get quality products with a warranty. So if anything goes wrong with your extensions, they’re backed by the manufacturer. But of course, I haven’t had any issues with my extensions. The next thing I’ll say is her customer service is unbelievable!!! I have red hair that is extremely hard to match, and Rachel was determined to get it exactly right. She made sure to carefully color the extensions with dimension to get natural results, and even matched the texture of my hair with the extensions perfectly. Also, the extensions weren’t heavy! My last hair bundles were so heavy, they would give me headaches, the hair she works with is such good quality, and Her blending game is unbelievable!!! She cut/layered everything so seamlessly, I felt like a total hair model walking out of the salon. The whole process went by so fast because Rachel is such a delight to be around. We had a great time, laughing and talking about everything under the sun from dogs to body building. I can’t imagine going to anyone else for haircare and am annoyed I didn’t find her sooner. Do yourself a favor and invest in Defiant Design extension, they’re amazing. You’re going to love the way you look!"

"I was a model for one of the extension training classes Rachael held. She is incredibly knowledgeable about different types and methods of hair extensions and is also an excellent instructor. She matched my existing balayaged color PERFECTLY with the selection of extensions, and blended them to make it a seamless transition. Seriously couldn’t tell what was my natural hair and what was the extensions! They were comfortable to wear and easy to care for, and she even provided after care instructions to make sure both my natural hair and the extensions stayed healthy and beautiful.
