"Bought a used Isuzu from them in July 2022. In October 2022 the battery went bad and I had to replace it. In November 2022 the transmission stalled and I went through hoops to find a transmission that would work on the car, that cost over $2,000. In January 2023, the emergency brake stopped working. Now in March 2023, after getting a brand new battery, the car died on me in the middle of the road. The alternator was horrible and it drained the battery multiple times before the car went absolutely dead. An absolute lemon. I haven’t even had the car for a year and I’ve paid over $3000 to fix it and keep up with maintenance since it is very old. I paid $3,450 for the car and it is a 2001 Isuzu. I’m a college student who lives 2 hours away from home, this car is my only means to travel. The car won’t even start once you take jumper cables off that’s how dead the battery is."
