"Hardy ever complain but i sat on hold for a total of 45 minutes between two calls, had to call back after the first call got transferred and I got a answering machine. Then the second call back just for them to tell me they can’t take 30-45 minutes out of their scheduling for today, or early next week,to take a few stitches out. Actually ridiculous."

"Excellent care here and knowledgeable Doctors, PA's and nurses. I see some people have complained about wait times but maybe that is because the Doctors here spend a lot of quality time with the patients. Plus, I have never been to any Doctor office where I didn't have to wait. I have referred people here and know people who go here who are very please with this office. I always get the Doctor or PA that I ask to see."

"My father goes to this office currently, but will soon change! The wait is unbelievable, with less than adequate front desk help! They need to learn how to schedule, gather some common curtesy, phone etiquette, and leave some wiggle room for unforeseen daily non-emergencies."

"The worst doctors office I have ever experienced. The wait times are horrible, the staff is rude, close to all of the doctors that my children and I saw, we never EVER saw the same doctor even when requested, rushed with their patients ((they had misdiagnosed myself and my children many many times on simple things.)) where they have openly admitted they tell their patients allergies and treating allergies before anything else. Several of these occasions turnt into more serious illnesses. They gave medicines to my family that they knew there were a history of allergic reaction to. Then when they were contacted about they side affects ((non ER side affects)) they refused to even set up an appointment and we were instructed to go to the ER, that it wasn’t their issue at that point, where we were given a different antibiotic and voilà no more issues. It took contacting this office 5-6 days to get them to fax out papers I needed faxed for records. The entire office is a joke. I feel for the handful of doctors and nurses who are good at their jobs who are out shadowed by the other crappy people who work here. Glad to have left this office!!!"
