"Skip the line at Pamela's and enjoy a quick breakfast here. Service is AWESOME. Feel like I'm stopping at a friend's house for coffee. Great for breakfast."
"I enjoyed the Cali Club sandwich, which came on perfectly toasted bread. The crinkle cut French fries were good but not crispy. The food was tasty and the location is right along the main drag of West Liberty Ave, making it accessible from the Red Line of the T, the regional light rail service. I look forward to coming back."
"Cozy, clean, cute breakfast/lunch spot. I ordered the fresh squeezed OJ and the traditional breakfast. The pancakes are HUGE but are not tender and have no flavor whatsoever - no salt either. The eggs were fine and the bacon seemed as if they deep fry it. It was not worth $20.00 - nothing extraordinary about the food."
"The Apple Cinnamon French toast was decent, and the potatoes were just average. The bacon was nicely cooked and the fresh squeezed OJ was delicious - I got 3 cups! The service was friendly. It’s a small place, so they can get a bit cramped on weekends. The coffee was standard breakfast coffee, nothing too noteworthy. Overall, 4/5 for this place because nothing was bad about it, the OJ and bacon were delicious. The rest was average. Likely won’t return because there are some better places to get breakfast around."
"We've been meaning to try this place for many moons now, but somehow always thought of it at night - and since they are a breakfast and lunch place - that did not work out. Then, COVID hit. Finally, we managed to find a weekend morning and got to try it out. We are glad we did! We were there early on a Saturday morning, so decided to go for items from the breakfast menu. Looking over the brunch menu, there were many items that appealed to us there as well, but, well, breakfast called our name. The place was mostly empty and we were sat down immediately and offered coffee while we perused the menu. All the standard breakfast offerings are available, and there are some more unique items as well. We decided to try a Veggie Omelet as a "standard" item, but also the Salmon Scramble, as a more unique item. The wait for the food was not excessive. When it was delivered, we dove into it and were very happy with the presentation and the flavors. The dill aioli on the Salmon was superb! The Veggie Omelet had large chunks of vegetables (If I wanted to nit-pick, they were maybe a tad too large?) and the accompanying home fries and toast were great. We tried their wheat toast since we like those kinds of bread and this was an eight grain version which we really enjoyed. Rounding out the meal was a side of bacon which was prepared exactly as I like it! Definitely worth the visit and quite above any of the chains that serve breakfast in town!"
