"I was in the store with my brother a little over a month ago, right after Christmas. This was my first time in this Red Wing store and I was very pleased. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help. We were in there for a sizing issue, my brother received his iron rangers as a gift, but they were the wrong size. Carmelo the store manager went above and beyond to help us out and track down all the info needed to make the size exchange and to get my brother sized correctly. The service was exceptional and I can tell Carmelo really takes pride and loves what he does. I’m really looking forward to going back for future boot purchases. "Was greeted immediately, and salesperson was friendly. She let me take my time and I eventually told her what shoes I was interested in. We tried multiple pairs, and she was very helpful. I purchased insoles as well, and she helped fit them and had me try them out. She let me know about a discount available for what I would spend, which led me to the additional purchase of the insoles. I was very pleased overall"
