"I find people only write review when their having a bad day! Or try to get something that’s not on sale and they want it to be! I’ve seen customers remove sale sticker and put it on the box they want. I’ve witnessed the management handle it probably and customers take it out on employees. I’ve had very good service there."

"This is a scenario where 0 stars would be appropriate. The customer service here is abysmal and it is beyond me how they are still in business. My husband went to buy me new running sneakers. He found a pair that had an orange tag marked down to $49.99. At check-out they rang up as $69.99 to which the sales associate looked to the store manager for assistance. The store manger proceeded to scratch off the sales tag and said that isn’t the price. She further LIED and said in 20 years they never used orange tags despite the fact they are all over the store. Congratulations, to the store manger not only did you lose the sale but a customer for life. We were happy to pay more money at a competitor for a higher quality sneaker and outstanding customer service."

"The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I walked in to make one return. There was no line and both registers were open. I was told that they could not process my return until after they were done processing online orders which would take 30 minutes. This is unacceptable behavior. The customer should always be their first priority, and secondly two employees did not have their mask on during our visit if they want us to wait in the store for 30 minutes they should at least follow their own company policy COVID guidelines."

"The worst customer service ever! I called to speak with the store manager to ask a question about an exchange. Neither the employee or the manager identified themselves on the phone with a name or a title. Just a nasty hello I am too busy to deal with you tone. Above and beyond that they assumed I was calling about a situation that was going on in the store. They never asked me what I was calling about. They just started yell at me and telling me another persons business. STAY AWAY from this horrible place! By the way the item I was trying to have exchanged was a pair of boots that had never been worn, was purchased two days earlier, and I had the originaI receipt. I just pulled them out of the box and saw the zipper was broken. So I wasn't trying to get money back or anything else. Just an exchange for an item that was not broken! If this company wants to stay in business they will need to train their store representatives on customer service and professionalism."
