"I had always had a positive experience at this practice until today. I had called before leaving for work to double check the appointment time and was confirmed for a 6:30 appointment. When I arrived I was told I had a 6:15 appointment, I was 16 minutes late and they would not see my daughter. I have worked in the medical field for 35 years and have never turned a patient away as rudely as I was. I explained that I had called to confirm an hour and a half prior and was told my appointment time was 6:30. The receptionist refused to accept that because I did not speak to her. I will never return to that office again!"
