"I ordered a new coffee handle and filter for my coffee machine, the filter arrived but no handle. After 4 email requests to find out where it is, I finally get a number to ring for their customer services. I call this number today and even though the business is open I get told to leave a message. This is such poor service especially as I am trying to contact them from New Zealand. I think like the other reviewer, I will never receive my new handle The reply to this email does not make sense as how come the number I was sent in an email to my private email had your number to your contact customer services. I'm guessing this is just hiding behind company names, again not going to resolve my problem"
