"Don't waste time and money on this bad company! I called for an appointment, she said no appointment was needed, I could just walk in. Also, I mentioned to her that I had a Groupon coupon and she changed her mind and said they would not accept Groupon on Saturday. I told him that Groupon didn't have that information and he put me on hold and hung up. 10 minutes later Joe called me and said okay we will accept it. I made an appointment for 4 wheel alignment at 9:30 in the morning and when I went there, I waited 45 minutes for no reason, they said okay we will take care of it, but after I complained, they took my car for alignment and brought the car 15 minutes later, when I asked for the alignment report, they only printed the front side. When I talked to Joe he said don't you trust us? What kind of question, should I trust the place where I came for alignment for the first time? I told him that the tires were aligned and I needed a paper for towtwren, he argued with me, this paper is enough, I should ask them if I need such a paper. And he said I should wait at least half an hour for the alignment machine to be available. And still there was NO progress! Don't waste time with this poor and sucks company, they are not professional!!!!"

"Horrible experience. Worst customer service I EVER experienced. Dropped off truck to have front end done at 8AM. Promised to have it done same day. I get a call mid-day asking me “permission” to start the work. What permission?! I was then told I could get it next day AM. I show up next day AM, they never did any work! Owner took NO responsibility. Just excuses."
