"called into the store to see if they had a product the young girl didn't even bother checking to see if they had it in stock she just dismissed my request as if I was bothering her at home. WTAF?"

"Horrible customer service and poor business practices. My daughter and I went to the store today (Friday 8/11) a few minutes before 10:00 (opening). The sign posted says open from10-7. We waited outside and watched the employee opening registers, getting ready etc. the store has huge windows so I know she saw us even though she did not make eye contact. At 10:00 she proceeded to turn and head towards the back employee only area and closed the door. We waited over 35 minutes past the stores opening and she never returned—not even an acknowledgment that we were outside waiting. We ended up leaving and saw this store lose several customers as we were pulling out to leave. Makes me sad because we have never had an issue like this before. I will no longer be a customer…just rude!!!"

"I love this sally beauty. The people who work here are always super nice and helpful and they have a great selection! I order online and pick up in-store often and that's always super easy and they get your order ready very fast."

"Really 4.5 stars with it falling just shy of a solid five solely because of its small size which limits them in terms of merchandise and how much they can carry BUT despite being smaller they carry a good variety of great products that are all reasonably priced especially if your a Sally's member. It's one of the rare member club cards that seems to constantly come through for me. They sent a birthday special and countless discounts that I use the h** out of. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly which always helps haha big fan of Sally's"

"If you are wondering why you're losing business to online sales, Sally's Corporate, look no further than this dump. Guaranteed to never have what a barber needs for day-to-day business and the staff will be rude about it. At least they're consistently mean to their paying customers. I will never step foot in here again, prices are sky high as are attitudes."
