"I chose Vlads because it came highly recommended by friends and family. And our first year was great! We saw Ms. April and she was absolutely amazing. The nursing staff was also super friendly and helpful. Ms April was super informative and gave great advice to me as a first time mom. She was great at guiding me through all the transitions. However, one time we saw Dr. Wagner when she first started and she was extremely rude to me. She brushed off my concerns about a possible allergic reaction my infant was having and then blamed me for it! I just asked that we never see her again and we only saw Ms April. But she moved and this last time we saw the other male doctor. I can’t recall his name but he was also very dismissive of my concerns, blamed me for my sons issue and didn’t give me any information. I felt like my son was barely examined. The quality of care and bedside manner is a dumpster fire and I will not be bringing my son back."
