"The lady working yesterday, heather, at the front was a hot mess and needs to be put into back cash or dishes or something. She messed up on this older gentleman’s order four times almost giving my food to him. Was talking under her breath and was extremely flustered. The manager did my order which was perfect except when I woke up this morning with food poisoning. Running back and forth between having diarrhea and puking. I recommend going to the other Wendy’s in the other side of bald hill because this has never happened to me at that location."

"A lot of drive through customers at this location. I’ve never seen the dining room full of customers. Staff is friendly, quick, and keep the place clean. Coca Cola freestyle machine is pretty sweet with a wide variety of drinks. Nothing against the other burger fast food places but Wendy’s burgers are superior in my opinion. Just below a fast casual burger that is at a higher price point. The option to get a baked potato and skip the fries is always a welcome option. Plenty of free parking. Easy access on and off the highway."

"Website says they open for breakfast starting at 6. I pulled up this morning at 6:40 trying to order breakfast before heading to work. The lights were on, cars in the parking lot, no one there. I sat in the drive through saying “hello” hoping for an answer, for about 5 min… Then @ that point drove away and rushed to work with no food in hand. Now I have no breakfast until my lunch break which ranges from 1-3pm.. pretty screwed up considering I have meds I have to take with food….."
