"I went today to get 2 graduation balloons for my niece who was graduating. I got there at 6:38pm the guy in the registered told me he was closing and no no no no with an attitude. Very unprofessional and the store closed at 7pm. I only needed 2 balloons . I am very disappointed I have been going to this store for years . Definitely can tell it’s not the same owner. Do not recommend. If you are going to be in this business learn customer service please !"

"Horrible and by far worst place to shop in allentown. Do not spend your money here. I bought a tv wall mount and tried to return cause it sinply didnt fit my tv. He was really rude and the parts he was telling me why he counted refund never came with the item. They took my change I could literally go on and on and on and they also sell to minors. Definetly avoid this place at all costs and shop next door. Way cheaper and more friendly !"
"I dont know who he is but the Bald head Arab guy is rude and cocky as hell and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go back in that store EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I drove right across the park and lot and went to the other bargain store and the lady there was very helpful and had exactly what I wanted. 99 Giant needs to take a course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
