"Let's give it up to the hard working ladies at providence bagels. 1 manager 3 workers holding it down during the morning rush. My classic lox bagel sandwich was phenomenal and assembled with care. My coffee was on point and delicious. Only thing I would maybe suggest is adding one more person to the shift to help make all the orders and bounce back to the register. Very clean and cozy dining area. If you're in the area, I would very much recommend this spot for a bite. Super friendly staff and I believe the manager was Rafi, very helpful she was."

"They might know good bagels but their deli sandwiches are trash. Too little filling, too much bread. On top of that the soft roll was so stale, thats it’s hard to believe they didn’t know what they were serving us the second they held and cut through that thing. Service was so slow but we were the only ones in the drive thru. $12 for a sandwich that ended up in the trash!"

"The bagels are amazing but the coffee has gone down hill over the year. Every time I ask for an iced coffee with cream and sugar this is what I get. Just tastes like you’re drinking STRAIGHT CREAM. I didn’t ask for extra cream and sugar! And this happens EVERY TIME. It used to be amazing. Not sure if they have a new staff or something? I’m done getting the coffee here but I’ll still come back for the bagels."

"Food here is pretty good as is the coffee. The massive issue is the service. It’s always extremely slow, and the staff can be aloof at times. During our most recent visit, the girl at the counter was more interested in her coffee and phone than helping us. Was super confused by the question of if they had any ice coffee after being told they didn’t have French vanilla. First it was no, then yes. What’s worse is I either had regular milk put in my coffee or regular cream cheese on my bagel despite saying I couldn’t have lactose and ordering almond milk and the vegan cream cheese. Dealt with GI issues all afternoon which wasn’t very fun. It’s a shame, this could easily be a 4 star joint."

"Fast and good. I came in for lunch. Plenty of seating. A few people were working on laptops here (it seems like a good spot for that but I forgot to check if they had outlets and Wi-Fi but they probably do because people were on their computers) I really liked the lady at the register here. She seemed to be the manager maybe. Was in a really good mood and super friendly and helpful. My food was ready quick and was really good. I liked the “fiesta” breakfast sandwich. It’s got everything. Cream cheese, over easy egg, avocado, salsa, cheese on a toasted bagel."
