"So I go there mainly for the apple pies which are delicious but then I was craving some sweet heat and some chicken tenders so I ordered some. They told me. I needed to wait 8 minutes for my apple pie. Which wasn't a problem? I didn't ask them that for my chicken strips. I didn't want the chicken to be too crispy. Because sometimes they give it to you. And you can barely even bite into it because of how crispy and hot it is. Which means that they overcook it in the oil or that they don't replace their oil. Before the oil get Home. I have no sweet heat in my bag which is the only source I like and the chicken is horrible"
"Failed to give me my order (only 1 4pc combo with fries) with the correct sides. 1 side they didn’t have in store. Cool, I asked for a replacement side. Not really an issue. Then I get home and realize they didn’t even give me the fries that the combo came with. They only gave me the extra side I ordered."
"I am a Door Dasher. I got an order for this store on Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence. I went to pick up the order. I stood there at the counter there was 2 other customers there waiting. She just kept looking at me and never once said May I help you? or Are you here for a pick up an order? Nothing, she didn’t even acknowledge me which has never happened to me anywhere and I have a very good door dashing report with every place I pick up. Finally I held my hand up because this order was going to be very late getting to the customer. I said nicely how much longer do you think it will be. I asked her that so that I could text the customer and let them know it was taking a long time. When I asked her she said don’t you effing rush me, nobody effing rushes me eff that s%#t. I said don’t talk to me like that what the he’ll is your problem. So I stood there another 5 minutes and she purposely was not getting the order ready. I said ok bye. I called Door Dash and they said it would not go against me. The other customers were floored also as they were talking to me in the parking lot. This store and it’s managers need to be shut down. I’ve been calling today so can speak to the manager and they would just hang up after I would ask for the manager. I will never even pick up a door dash from this location ever again"
