"Always a great meal at Silvios. Had the "dinner of champions", the pizza salad and 2 glasses of wine. If you have never had a pizza salad you MUST stop in and try it. It is Rosa Mias famous pizza with dressed greens and prosciutto on top. You might want to sit at the bar... its a great time."

"I was a bit unhappy with the Italian food, the sauce was very bland & the soups just didn't taste that good.. The noodle choices are a little different, & if it wasn't for our waitress I would of left very unhappy.. As far as the Old, Romantic, Fun & Clean Laid back place you may like to find, it just isn't it! Maybe they could put some money & new decorating skills into the Italian Restaurant & look into some older Better Recipes!!!"

"Food is good but if you are not a regular or local customer be prepared to be asked to leave as soon as you finish your last bite and to be treated as second class. Not worth a trip out to Johnston to be treated rudely by both waitress and owner. This is RI. Can get great italian food all over. No need to hike out to Johnston."

"My husband and I have eaten here numerous times and the food is consistently good. The waitstaff is wonderful and they are very kind and patient with the customers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The portions are great. Would recommend Silvio's to anyone that asks for a nice Italian restaurant to have a meal."
