Athena's Breakfast and Lunch 1482 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920

"My husband and I went here unplanned on a Sunday around 11:30. It is a good sized diner. It was hopping! We got seated in about 3 minutes. The menu has lots of breakfast items on one side and lunch on the other. We ordered omelettes. His had plenty of bacon and cheese, mine lots of fresh veggies and cheese, both served with toast and choice of potato ( or beans if you so desired). The waitress was friendly and attentive, filling our coffees when needed. Service was quick. Food was plentiful.My only criticism is that there was no seasoning on anything. I had to add way more salt than usual since there was none from the start, better than too much, tho. Decent amount of parking is available in the lot."

"Food was fantastic, very impressive. Home fries had lots of flavor, eggs were nice and soft. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious, plenty of chocolate chips in mine. Bacon was crispy and tasty. Fiance had the steak and it was good perfectly medium, they weren't afraid to leave a little pink which tells me they know what they're doing. Corned beef hash was very good. Overall food was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and an excellent deal for the price. We will be coming back!"

"We ordered a spinach, onion, and pepper omelette. There was a fist full of raw diced onion and no peppers. We also ordered French toast And it was very dry. Will never order here again."

"Makes zero sense how incredible this place is. Sherry is amazing. Handled the whole restaurant like a champ. The kinda place they learn your name. Food made zero sense of how perfect everything was. Holy heavens I can’t breath of how full I am."
