"Jorge has helped me before when I first visit the store to complain about CS messing up our registration on 1 account and again helped me when I needed to trade-in our old phones and I had to get my phone activated. Both times he was very patient and accomodating, answered my questions politely and knowledgeably. It took a while before I get my phone activated bec we had to wait for customer service to assist as he couldn't proceed on his own experiencing an error from his computer. My overall interaction with Jorge was more than a satisying experience bec he knows his job well and apologetic with the wait we had to go through. Excellent worker from Jorge U have!"
