"The gentleman working there has very great customer service I had trouble getting my card to work. he held the merchandise for me as I went to Walmart to try and purchase the same items. I called the bank and got a new pin for my card. I went back to GameStop and the gentleman behind the counter helped me with everything very excellent customer service. "I paid full retail on a pre-order new Kirby game for Nintendo switch and I was called to pick it up because it's only held for 48 hours. Except, I paid for the full amount. The employee who called me spoke to someone and told me because I paid for it in full they will put my copy aside so I can pick it up. That was on Sunday. I went to pick it up after work with my son in Tuesday and it was sold. The manager there told me they were unaware. My issue is that I didn't put down $10. If it's paid in full, what's difference if I pick it up in 2 days or a week. They still got there money. This is why places like this are slowly closing. Poor customer service. The manager showed "0" compassion. I was able to aquire a copy from Amazon Prime the next day. I will not be returning to this branch."
