"I have gone to this place several times, this has been the worst experience ever. I had a dip manicure and they put a gel top coat instead of the dip top coat to get me out of there quicker so they can go home. While under the UV light the top coat had a bad burning smell. The top coat turned brown that night and since they were closed for Christmas. Went back today to have them fix the top coat and had the nerve to say to go pay up there. I said pay no I am not paying. I payed you 75.00 dollars 2 days ago. Horrible service and Tom had the worst attitude ever."

"I accidentally took someone else's 9:30 am appointment. I didn't know you had to make an appointment and I thought they had taken walk-ins. The employees there were very gracious as to let me stay and did my nails anyway. I was talking to another lady ( the one I accidentally had taken her appointment) and told her in small conversation that it was my birthday today. The staff here was very friendly and the atmosphere was professional and soothing. At the end of getting my nails done the nail tech Jenny handed me a happy birthday envelope and when I got to my car I opened it up and it was $10 off my next appointment. Needless to say I will be going back there again because they were awesome and my nails came out beautifully. They just gained another client"
