"My experience began and ended terrible, all thanks to the employee Danny (Yeah, surprised that I got your name huh). I could tell that the employee was frustrated over the intercom while taking my order, however when I had asked for a spoon when he had given me my order, he replied with "Sure, no problem" with a big forced smile on his face, probably because he knew he had no intention of bringing me the spoon. I had waited about 5 minutes before requesting a spoon through the intercom again, to which Danny said he'd bring one as soon as possible. At this point, I have spoons at home, but I was more focused on the principal of false promises seeing how he was frustrated before I even got there. After what was about a 10 minute wait, I had decided to go to the drive thru (I had been in a stall this whole time), where I was then given a spoon (3 at that). While I had my spoons now, I personally didn't care because Danny had given me what I felt was terrible service deliberately, all with a smile on his face, which drove me to write this review. I eat all the time and I've been here plenty of times, but I've never had felt the urge to write a review from the result of a single individual, but here I am. Fire Danny if you can"
"Usually the food & the service are great especially during the day. But the night crew is terrible and very unprofessional. I come to this Sonic time and time and never had an experience like I did tonight. Food took a while to get. The white male employee with the glasses had a snobby attitude, accidentally added something to our order and was upset that he had to get the manager AND forgot our straws which you can’t go inside so you have to go through the drive thru yet again and wait a while. There was another male with colored skin and facial hair. He was swearing, slamming the window for no reason, and being completely rude and unprofessional. I work in the food industry so I know what it’s like to be understaffed or be frustrated sometimes but I will NEVER behave like this in front of customers."
"I tried to order on their app just to receive error messages multiple times. So I decided to just go to the location and things did not get any better. The person I talked to seemed to enjoy my dilemma and even laughed as I was explaining what I was dealing with. From there they acted like a complete jerk so told them to just forget it and left the location. I then get a notification from my bank saying that I had been charged not once but twice for the order that I never received nor got confirmation that the order had been placed through the app. Needless to say I won't be using the sonic app again and I definitely will never give that horrible joke of a fast food service any of my money again. *Update*. After seeing that I was charged twice for an order I never got, I called customer service and asked them to refund my money to my bank account that they went in and made false charges for an incomplete order. I was told it would be refunded within 5-7 business days so I waited and nothing was returned. I called customer service again only to be told the money was refunded to a gift card and the total that they refunded was not the amount they stole from my account. Sad when you can't even get your money back from a company that didn't even provide you a service and treated you with nothing but disrespect."
"Food was disgusting, wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Cold hard cheese, on old dry tots, so nasty. Customer service can’t even help and you can’t even get in touch with the store, they also told me prices were raised recently! For this? It’s so frustrating to spend money on food that looks and tastes like plastic, don’t go here! I want my money back!"
"The food here was far from what I expected. I was expecting better quality than Wendy's but it was worse than McDonald's. I ordered a small fries, chicken tender burger and a small soda all for 6 dollars. When Burger King has 2 better quality chicken burgers AND a medium fries and medium drink for only 4 dollars. Totally not worth it."
