"This place is an issue every time. Today I went in the McDonald’s app was down and have a very small amount of money thought I could use a coupon but the cashier couldn’t honor it although she had just entered codes taking money off for a customer in front of me giving them free food. I came through drive through earlier this week for breakfast and got home to find they messed up my entire order. I brought it back and they gave the wrong order again. If you order door dash expect straight up missing items. Worst service ever."

"Between McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, the clear winner is McDonald's in terms of service. Webster McDonald's has the crew to actually get the orders out but even when they have the numbers they're so poorly trained and the division of labor is so incorrectly proportioned that they often struggle to complete simple tasks. Like they'll put the old person who is crippled on the register or the young kid who has no training. They always have two registers but they only ever have one register working and one line even though they could have two and they always use the same excuse that they're understaffed but even when they're overstaffed they still never use the second register. They would literally rather have one single long line stretching throughout the entire establishment then dares put an extra person on the register You've never seen such bizarre management behavior from a company that has so much money to spend on so many employees and yet somehow get nothing done. And yet as sad and as bad as all this is somehow they still the best burger joint in town for the corporate garbage. The service at the other two places are even worse at times. I would never recommend McDonald's food but at least you'll actually get your food if you order from here also don't order from the Oxford McDonald's that place is complete garbage only order from this one"

"Best burgers in town! Always the hottest and cleanest, drug free women working there too! The whopper is amazing! A must try if you're visiting the area!"

"Place is the exact opposite of fast food. I've been here 20+ times and have actually gotten my food after order less than 5 times without having to pull in and park, no matter how many people are in line. It's annoying when I order and they say "pull forward, we're just waiting on your burger" then you watch 6 other vehicles leave after they try to give you the wrong food. Wouldn't go back if my kid didn't only ask for happy meals"

"Typical McDonald's food. Tastes good and then you immediately regret eating it. Not the greatest customer service here either, a lot of times they just ignore you for several minutes. The kids enjoy the play place though"
