"Very unprofessional me and my daughter had set up for two dip appointments weeks ago got there on Saturday 12/16 and was told they no longer had one of the appointments that they took it out of the computer and forgot to put it back in and then refused to honor the appointment, stating that they had no more room left, even though it was their fault. We will never go back again. They should train their staff to do better."
"I have always received the best service here. I normally would rate a 5 but I have had a few bad services, especially the last one. My nails were all crooked and one had a dent in the side and if I didn’t speak up I would have had to get them fixed somewhere else so I suppose it depends who you get."
"Jennifer is amazing! I googled winter nail Designs, showed her the design I wanted and she executed it perfectly. This salon was recommended by a coworker and is about 30 minutes from my house but it’s worth the drive and this is my new nail spot! I also got my brows and lip waxed and that was great experience as well. Highly recommend."
"Horrible experience. I received a gift card and got a simple gel manicure and left with bleeding cuticles, uneven nails and they were smudged even though it was gel nail polish….to top it all off they still charged me full price. Don’t waste your time or money as this was far from enjoyable."
"This is a great place! I walked in randomly and they were able to squeeze me in at 5pm on a Tuesday. They sat me right down too (so many places say there is no wait, but you wait 40 minutes anyway). Everyone in there was so friendly. They accept credit card and accept venmo for tips which is such a plus! The atmosphere was also extremely comfortable and clean. I'd 100% recommend!"
