"Have had water service here for about the past 8 years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful whenever I've called. They have managed to keep enough supply in some summers when neighboring communities have to ration/restrict watering. Annual report never shows anything too concerning, but I read it anyway ;-) Today I called because the water pressure had seemed low over the weekend. Of course it was fine again just after I hung up the phone, so I called back to let them know. Nevertheless, they had someone out within about a half hour (!) to check that there was no leak between the shut-off valve curbside and the meter in our house, then verified that pressure was where it should be coming in from their system (not just from the thermal expansion reservoir)."
