"Both cars I test drove had to be jumped before we could test them. They weren't cleaned at all and wasn't much of a selection. The one car was spitting and sputtering so I tried to tell them so they were aware and the younger guys response was " that's not what the last person who drove it said?.. guess that's why it's still on the lot... poor customer service"

"Wasn't allowed to test drive the car or take it to my mechanic just up the street for a pre inspection, the reason...it was out of inspection so I couldn't take it off the lot. So i just drove it around their little lot. Every time I asked if he knew of anything wrong with it, he'd get testy and just say I don't know, angrily, made me feel like he didn't want to make a sale or let alone be there. So, I bought it anyway but still feel like I shouldn't have. Next time I'll go somewhere else. :("
