"I was referred to Dr. Porter by my GYN. I left 3 messages in 3 weeks for an appointment and never received 1 call back. 2 messages left on the "new patient" line and the 3rd time I chose the "existing patient" option to get a person. The girl who answered the phone acknowledged my previous messages but told me she'd have to call me back later in the day. Guess who never got a call back? Dr. Porter might be great but I'll never know . Her office staff needs to be retrained."
