"I made an appointment for hitch installation on line. I paid in full while scheduling the appointment. When I arrived they had no information about the install. I was informed that the work was transferred to another nearby uhaul. After a heated discussion about the competence of uhaul, I went to the other location. They also had no appointment for my installation. After a pleasant discussion with the new employee, he gave me a refund. Overall, the experience was horrible. I prepaid over two weeks in advance only to spend two hours at various uhaul locations and still need a hitch. My time is valuable. The ONLY thing positive in this review is the nice young man who finally issued a refund."
"I pre paid and setup an appointment. Arrived to be told that I could not have it installed AT ALL at that location. No offer to schedule me something at another location. No compensation offered. Was told they would cancel my order and that STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I am about to have my bank do a charge back. I will never use this location or UHAUL again. Totally unacceptable. A shame, you all provided by last two hitches and other moving related services. No more."
