Reviews
"I wrote a review of Dr. Mark Sofair-Fisch in the past, but my recent work with him made me want to write some more. Dr. Mark is a talented psychologist – and I believe he can help just about anyone. He has helped me as I have had differing problems and situations, and he is not merely a doctor – he does not just look to solve the problem and move you along. Dr. Mark cares deeply about his patients. He has shown to me – repeatedly – through our conversations and his remembering things we have talked about outside of the specific issue, caring to know how things are progressing. He has gone out of his way to me – even spending time during his vacation to make sure I get the care I need. I cannot talk more highly about him. Thank you, Dr. Mark."
"I can't be sure how this psychologist interacts with others, but I gradually became more and more uncomfortable with him. I'll quickly state that I derived no real benefit from my sessions with Mark Sofair-Fisch. The suggestions he offered were totally wrong for me. What made me quit him was his remarkably excessive adulation. In the beginning, I was just amazed, but over time it almost grew scary, as I'd tally multiple compliments per session. I've never had a low self-esteem, so didn't understand the purpose of the adulation. I discussed this issue with my husband and psychiatrist, who advised me to ask Dr. Mark Sofair-Fisch to cut down on the adulation. To my surprise, he didn't at all. It continued, so I left."
