"Love the bagel breakfast sandwich : ...bacon , egg and cheese"

"Update: came back 6 months later. Line wasn’t as bad but the still waited over 15 minutes with almost no one there. Ordered a Sausage egg and cheese and the sausage was so thin (were talking like 1/8 of an inch high) and overcooked that iff not for the fact that it was crunchy I wouldn’t have known it was even in the sandwich. Will update in 3-6 months when I leave the gym one day and cave again lol Amazing food but horrible speed. I was here for over 45 min straight to pick up an order I called ahead of time for. There were only 15 people in line. These guys need to get their systems and operations optimized for speed and efficiency. It made me never want to go back. I know it’s mom and pop run, but it’s a terrible customer experience. I’ll most definitely increase the rating should that get fixed!"

"While in front of central park, location, my food truck to the floor from a paper bag that they provided with me for my food. I then went inside and told them that the bag they provided ripped and my food fell, they said yes they seen and would I like for them to remake it. I answered yes I would. They then wanted charge me the same price I just got done paying and when I said it to them why do I have to pay for something they physically seen fall to the ground. They stated well they have to pay for the ingredients and so do I."

"I absolutely love this bagel shop!! I come in almost every weekend for an everything bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese. Best everything bagels I have ever had!! The texture and bake is perfect, plus they add salt to the everything seasoning which just takes it out of this world. They always remember me, everyone is always super polite. Easily one of my favorite bagel shops. Really good coffee too!!"

"Nova Lox cream cheese onion tomatoes and capers. Very good bagels cooked freash daily. Great selection of drinks."
