"We hired Manny at the end of last season to close our pool because our pool person suddenly fell ill and retired. I was relieved to find a nice pool company to work with. At the end of March we had made a date to open the pool the first week of June. The week before he was due to arrive I could not get ahold of him via email, cell, text, messenger on Facebook, or call the company phone # which I could not leave a message because his mailbox is full to confirm our date we made. It was like he fell off the face of the earth. I thought he is trying to build his clientele. No contact is not the way to go.
