"I had been having back pain and working with another physical therapist with no results. My Dr suggested working with Brian at ProCare. In my first week at therapy Brian took the time to try different movements to find out how my body responded and within that first week we found movements that alleviated my pain! This is all because Brian asked the right questions and kept trying alternatives. I now have a plan I can do at home if needed to eliminate the pain. After reducing the pain we focused on strengthening all muscles in surrounding areas and increasing flexibility. I feel the best I have felt in 2 years and owe it all to Brian. He is the best PT I have ever worked with and will get you results-highly recommend! All the support staff is so friendly as well!"

"I got recommended to go see Brian at ProCare by my basketball coach after having poor experiences with physical therapy in the past, and I’m so glad I decided to go. I came in initially with knee pain, and in talking with Brian he was able to quickly figure out that my knee pain was stemming from a high ankle sprain that I had suffered prior, and that the treatment should focus on my ankle rather than my knee like others had incorrectly thought. Within a few visits I was able to see noticeable difference, and have now finally been able to feel like I was before the injury! Brian was super friendly and easy to speak with, and quick to put together a plan with me and walk me through every step of PT. When it came time to look for an Orthopedist and eventually a surgeon, he helped recommend doctors I felt comfortable with, and worked closely with them ahead of the procedure. After the surgery, Brian was quick to get me back into PT to rehab my shoulder, and just a few months after, I feel great!
