"I paid for a Battery that suppose to last for 3 years, instead it only last for 2 years, so when I went and took the battery back and told the man that I want my money back! He said they don't refund you your money, you have to get a replacement battery once they check it to make sure the battery is a bad battery. I told him I don't want another battery from them at all! So, I am out of $156 dollars, Get your battery from Auto Zone at least they will refund you your money back if you don't want to get another battery from them..... And the man was rude! and he tells me that I have to contact corporate but never gave me Corporate phone number? There is no Manager to talk to he is the only one in the store, I see that everyone who is white said he was nice and very helpful, but for all those who are of color who was very rude and was not helpful at all! So why would I have anyone come to this store, and why they don't provide a real phone number to corporate office so you can tell someone who really care about what you went through??? People of color is not welcome in this store, they don't want our money!? I lost money for a bad battery and the clerk did not care, but he put it on Corporate... don't get anything from them."
