"I am sure a lot of you may be thinking as to why I have a over all 2 * even when food and atmosphere are 5 *s. Yes, I have a reason. This is the third time I have been getting the lids, which are very dirty. Take a look at the picture. I got 4 drinks, and all the lids were very dirty. Just can not be used. Fine dust is settled on it and may not be noticeable clearly in the pic, but the big ones appear clearly as black ones. I will update my revision only when I see good ones in my next visit."
