"This would be a great place for a 34 once main building re- opens. Plenty of off path hiking and a bike path if you so have one. Currently main building closed . Drink vending machine out front. 3 porta potty’s. Electric vehicle charging station . Not great but decent truck parking"
"This used to be a pretty awesome visitor center. Although when I stopped in today, they were closed due to a water main leak. Toilets are still available and open. There's also a coin-operated drink machine out front. Also, some interesting mechanical displays out the front. Off to the right, there is a Blackstone River bike path entry point and an electric vehicle charging point. My dog loved it."
"It's a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. It's also a trailhead for the bike path. As of September 3, 2023, it's closed for repairs. I'm not sure for how long. There are portolets here but they were out of toilet paper. Once the building reopens, it may be worthy of five stars. (In case you're wondering, the corresponding southbound rest area is permanently closed but it's not a huge detour to get here.)"
"Wonderful place for walking, biking, and overall relaxing. Beautiful and quiet, delicious to listen to the sound of the river for a little bit. Very clean and plenty of parking. I defined recommend this place!"
"Beautiful rest stop includes tourist info, clean restrooms, a walking/bike path that connects to points south & north. Along the route find beautiful scenes alongside the Blackstone River & placards describing its rich history. Charge Point chargers for hybrid/electric cars are located at the visitor's center too."
