"DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY. They are VERY RUDE and NOT professional at all. They made promises that they can not stand up for later on. EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER CORY was involved in trying to resolve an issue and now that I have finish my purchase and that they have nothing to lose they just walk away from my issue not coming through with a resolution. Cory even sent his assistant to call me to give me the number of an extended warranty place to resolve the matter with them directly and they do not deal with clients directly, only dealers. There you can see even Cory, the General Manager referring me outside of their territory to get my matter resolved on my own.. this is something outside the policy that obviously would not work.. that is how ridiculously careless he was. I will NEVER recommend them, and I will Never consider them for any of my projects ever again. BEWARE of this scam Appliance place."
