Reviews of Wawa
"It’s 3:50 am 12/31/23 I’m order number 716. The man working at the food station says o wish these people stop ordering so I can take a break. The woman with him starts laughing, mind you I’m literally putting in my sandwich order. Then the girl with the locs/braids asked me was I ready. I said no not yet. Then because myself and two other guys are ready and they clearly didn’t speak English so I spoke and said excuse me we are ready she says to me didn’t I just ask you that? I said and I wasn’t ready and now I am. She said but I did ask you? So I proceeded to say but I’m ready now. She says oh ok. If I was immature or I had time I would really checked her. She’s at work not me, I wasn’t rude, there was no need to be rude. But this wawa is ghetto and lacks customer service and it’s dirty! Y’all need to do better!"
"I am a former employee with many years experience in the food/hospitality industry, and I have to say this was the absolute worst job I have ever had. The comments from customers don’t even begin to describe how horrible this store is. Anyone with a strong desire to do the right thing has to fail in order to not shed light on the failures of others. Being a hard worker will only result in you being taken advantage of and portrayed as “problematic”. Dysfunction is the “norm” and anybody who can’t adapt becomes the culprit. Nobody cares about anything. They don’t care about customers. They sure don’t care about providing good service or quality workmanship. Management wants customers to be served quickly but trying to do so will only result in push-back by coworkers. There are two workstations, but only one will be used at a time, and many times only one person will be left working that station while three others are fooling around doing nothing. It’s no wonder the food is slow coming out especially when that one person is left not only preparing the food, but also replacing items that are low or depleted. This particular location hires mainly inner-city young people with absolutely no work ethic or desire to succeed. The hostility that exists is off the charts. It’s truly sad because this store is not a true example of what Wawa’s culture is all about. Hopefully, one day someone from Corporate will take the time to do an undercover investigation. They will be shocked to say the very least. Anyone who is thinking about employment with Wawa should check out the area stores and stay completely away from this one."
"I came here 5:07 AM. Looking for a bacon, egg and cheese sizzli They had no sandwiches out and about 20 Glizzy’s’s my thing is how you not gonna have a bacon, egg and cheese out at 5 AM but I have 20 Glizzy’s makes no sense to me smh"
"After seeing million Wawa advertisements all over, i thought to give a shot. Ordered 2 Hogies for me and my daughter. Very disappointing!! No taste, god knows what kind of meat they put in & sloppy on veggies. I'm going to stick with my usual spot Circle Deli, right across the same circle. They're the best with freshly sliced BH meat and cheese (in front of you, can see yourself) and a big fat sandwich. Worth your buck."
"I just don’t understand! They can’t get the orders right! This is a new store you would expect it to have better customer service and listening skills. It’s the same at night as well. I will just keep going to the Morrisville Wawa. My daughter sandwich is hard and burnt."
