"Pretty quiet and cozy place with a decent boba selection. Their boba was good, but nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed their tiger milk tea."
"Went in for the first time for taro milk tea and the young guy taking my order clarified that their taro was different than most other places and when I asked for further clarification he was rude, seemed annoyed and was pretentious about the taro. Honestly at that point I should have just left, but I still got the tea. The tea was good, but that doesn't mean much when your employee is rude to customers. I went in with three other school mates too and we were the only ones there and we sat down real quick to write some things down for a school assignment and the employee made the music louder as soon as we sat down to do our work. Definitely not returning after the lack of customer service and respect."
"I ask him if the taro milk tea use the real taro or just taro powder, he rolled his eyes! Twice! I ask for the 黑提喜茶， which is on their online menu, and he rolled his eyes, again! He said they don’t have this. Turns out it called 芝芝黑提 at their store， their online menu is not right one. Feels not comfortable from there."
