"In response to the reviewer, Ainur Zhanibek. I know exactly who you're talking about at this location. Although she is not the manager, this young lady contributes a lot with the flow of the store to try and make it as efficient as possible. If she yelled, I can guarantee you that it's not her screaming at the other employees and more than likely she just had to get loud in order for an employee in the back to hear her to come up front and assist while she's still doing her job instead of pausing everything to go in the back to grab said employee. I have witnessed the amazing relationship between the co-workers and the way they joke with each other. No need to feel bad for any of their employees because if you frequent this establishment, you'd see what a sweetheart she is and how the staff there is like family to each other. She also has great relationships with her customers, myself included. The way she speaks with each individual customer is based on how well they know each other and each customers personality. Like a customized relationship, if you will. You shouldn't base your review on what you THINK you know rather than facts."

"there’s a barista with piercings and dyed hair (don’t know her name) who’s always screaming at customers and employees. I honestly feel bad for the other employees. I work as barista too but you can be nice. There is no need to scream and yell. If she’s the manager i don’t think she fits the position whatsoever."
