Reviews
"I was terrified to bring my kiddo here after reading some of the reviews. So far, from the front desk, IT Dept and my kids provider Courtney, it has been a great experience. No nonsense, kindness, attentiveness, and action...we cannot ask for anything more. Thank you for taking care of us."
"Cannot say enough about the care and support I receive from these professionals. They never fail to provide caring, compassionate and non-judgemental care. I am well and stable because of their knowledge and tireless support. They are my angels!"
"Not sure why others had negative experiences, maybe it was the doctor they had. However, I was a patient of Dr. Ardolino and he was amazing. He listened and made me conscious of the things I wanted to work on. Nothing was forced. Speaking of forced, he didn't attempt to force medication on me. Everything was a discussion; where I felt comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time (but that's what therapy's about). The only reason I stopped seeing him after 2 years was because I relocated to the DMV for the military."
"My son was a patient of Dr Bucca's and was in the ER. We spoke to the office Dr on call during that time and when he was discharged, we were told Dr Bucca would follow up with us. He never did and my son was very upset and did not want to continue with him or the medication (which was recently adjusted by Bucca) I called the office and told them the above and asked for someone from the clinical staff to call us back to advise on how to safely come off the meds. They said they had no record of an ER visit. After 10 min they finally found it and said someone would call. No one called back. It's been over 2 weeks since the ER and zero communication from Bucca. So I call again today and was told my son was officially discharged from the office yesterday and he should ask his PCP about how to come off a medication not prescribed by the PCP. Called to speak to office manager and receptionist sucked her teeth at me. DO NOT USE DR BUCCA"
"Had an appointment with a NP. She didn't listen to me, and chose to focus on things that were unimportant. Because of that, she prescribed me a medication that made me feel dangerously unwell. After calling their office, her answer was "just give it a few weeks to work in your system." I immediately called my GP who told me to stop taking the medication immediately. I found a new therapist, who actually listened to me, focused on the appropriate issues and got me on a safe medication. I'd also like to mention that the office nor the NP called to check up on me to make sure I was okay. I would give negative stars if I could. I genuinely feel unsafe at this practice , and how they treated me as a patient."
