Johnstons Subaru Parts Department

"I have gone here for years and this time I am beyond disappointed! The service was so bad I made an appointment for a simple oil change and to look at my seat belt because it was frayed! I left to run an errand quick and two hours later I hadn’t heard about my car. I had to call and find out about my car. They than go to tell me my car has been done and they just need to look at the seatbelt because they need to order the piece 45 minutes later nothing about my car again. I had to call AGAIN and they said they had no idea about my car. I got so frustrated than informed me they needed to still look at it JUST LOOK I had to go to the dealership to finally get information about my car and get my car out of there. It was over a 3 hour oil change which is ridiculous when you make an appointment."

"It's never fun getting your car serviced. But the people working the counter at Johnstons make it easier. They are friendly and helpful. I bought my car when this dealship was Feder's, and very much liked it then. It's only gotten better since becoming Johnstons."
