Dunkin'

"Pulled through the drive-through not expecting much. Ordered 2 strawberry Coolatas. Was not told the price or had it confirmed by the person requesting my card. They gave me my card back and 2 straws without a word. The blonde guy came over to the window with the drinks in hand and called out to a coworker asking if i had been given straws. After being told "yes" he gave me the drinks. I said "have a nice day." He said nothing to me at all. I felt like a nuisance instead of a customer. On top of that, the drinks were bland. They likely eye-balled it and called it a day. Very poor customer service. I would rather drive across town than return."

"Lazy. I used to prefer this one over the one on greenpond… but they’ve gotten pretty careless. I went through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee, they gave me hot. Which is fine - mistakes happen. BUT instead of remaking it, they poured the hot coffee over ice so now it’s all warm and watered down and I can’t even drink it."

"My coconut refresher was filled with ice even though I asked for less ice. Got a few sips before going on empty."

"The worst location I have ever been too. Never gets my order right! When I try calling the store the phone just rings and rings. My most recent time there was this morning I order avocado toast with bacon on top and did not get Bacon on top of it see below for reference. They also have the worst people working the window when you go through drive through. He is rude and nasty! I can hardly understand what he is saying when he mumbles and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself! I have tried calling and getting a full refund but yet again NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!"

"When walking in, this place is ginormous compared to other Dunkins in regards to being spacious. The one thing that stood out was their display case for donuts and bagels which is something I have never seen before -- similar to a bakery style display case. I have them four stars because the time it took was slower than other locations in terms of making order. The time I went was in the evening, one person was working the window and two were in the front. One person in front of me ordered a small coffee and it took close to 5 minutes just to get my order of a medium coffee and toasted bagel. Other locations I'm able to get it within 2-3 minute time frame. Though I will say, the amount of cream cheese I got was a LOT and that's way more than other locations. So while some things lacked, others made up for it. Plus they had pumpkin coffee☕ which was a plus! Some cool decor things they have there that make the location modern & stand out."
